Terms of Service

Welcome to Sky Spirit, home of visionary art and spiritual guidance by Naomi Walker. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website www.skyspirit.co.uk, including purchases of physical artwork, prints, and tarot readings. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Products & Services

We offer:

Original paintings
Gifts, jewellery and printed materials
Art prints
Tarot and oracle readings, delivered live via Zoom or phone

All artwork is created and shipped with care. Readings are offered for insight and personal reflection only and are not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or psychological).

2. Order Process

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. For physical items, you will also receive a dispatch email once your order is shipped. For tarot readings, there is an online booking form so you can book a timeslot that is convenient.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time.

4. Tarot Readings – Booking & Cancellations

Tarot readings are conducted via Zoom or telephone and must be booked in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or miss the appointment, the full amount is payable.
Once a reading has taken place, it is non-refundable.

5. Intellect

All artwork and content on this website is the intellectual property of Naomi Walker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Physical Products – Paintings & Prints

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, to be excluded
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Readings

You may cancel or reschedule your reading with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund.
No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable.
