Terms of Service

Welcome to Sky Spirit, home of visionary art and spiritual guidance by Naomi Walker. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website www.skyspirit.co.uk, including purchases of physical artwork, prints, and tarot readings. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Products & Services

We offer:

  • Original paintings

  • Gifts, jewellery and printed materials

  • Art prints

  • Tarot and oracle readings, delivered live via Zoom or phone

 

All artwork is created and shipped with care. Readings are offered for insight and personal reflection only and are not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or psychological).

2. Order Process

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. For physical items, you will also receive a dispatch email once your order is shipped. For tarot readings, there is an online booking form so you can book a timeslot that is convenient.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time.

4. Tarot Readings – Booking & Cancellations

Tarot readings are conducted via Zoom or telephone and must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or miss the appointment, the full amount is payable.

  • Once a reading has taken place, it is non-refundable.

5. Intellect

All artwork and content on this website is the intellectual property of Naomi Walker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Physical Products – Paintings & Prints

1. Overview

At Sky Spirit Creations, each piece is created or produced with care and intention. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains your rights and how we can help.

This policy is in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Change of Mind (14-Day Returns)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you’ve informed us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged:

  • Commissioned or personalised artwork

  • Custom-made pieces

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage

We will offer:

  • A replacement (where possible), or

  • A full refund, including return postage costs

5. Return Process

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

Readings: Cancellation policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule your reading with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable.
